Dynamic menu modified on the base: CSSMenu - Horizontal (Alexander Endresen and mark and Nuno)

Fixed width: 960 px.

1. Install the xml file of this package using the Layout > ThemeManager.
2. After loading the skin go to Layout > Templates and by the template "GreenHills: GreenHills" click on the option "active".
3. In the template find the text "Etiam dapibus turpis ipsum,..." and turn it to other.
4. If you want to change the logo of the template to the name website
Go Layout > Templates
Into header find <h1>...</h1>  change on <h2>...</h2>
